Meet Linda

With over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, I bring a functional, performance-based approach to sports therapy. I hold a Diploma in Health Science (Remedial Therapies) and have worked in a range of clinical settings alongside physiotherapists and exercise physiologists.

My passion lies in helping people move well, feel strong, and achieve their personal best. Whether you're training for a race, recovering from injury, or managing everyday aches and pains, I work with you to create a treatment plan that suits your goals and lifestyle.

Testimonials

I started seeing Linda for issues related to poor posture, muscle spasms, and general tension from long hours spent at a desk. She used a combination of dry needling and cupping to release tight, overworked muscles, which made a noticeable difference. She also suggested magnesium to help manage muscle spasms and back pain — a simple tip that really helped.

After just a few sessions, I felt a significant improvement in my mobility, and the headaches I used to get regularly started to ease. Linda’s knowledge and hands-on approach really work. Highly recommend!
